Luke Dressman | Owner & Founder
After graduating with a degree in System Engineering from West Point and serving in combat as an Army Engineer Officer, Luke spent the end of his military career working for the Nashville district of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Through these experiences, he fostered a love for construction and discovered a lack of representation of his peers in the construction industry. In 2022, Luke founded BR Systems with the mission of providing opportunities, growth, and careers for the next generation of builders.
Jeff Ledsinger | Senior Estimator
With over 40 years of expertise, Jeff brings a broad perspective on project risk analysis and precision in project budgeting. After beginning his career as an electrician, his professional journey brought him to roles such as superintendent and project manager enabling him to develop a broad understanding of the building process. Understanding the importance of delivering a high quality on time and on budget, Jeff has settled in the role of estimator for the past 11 years.
Richard Brady | General Superintendent
Offering deep technical knowledge from over four decades in construction, Richard brings professional experience from many disciplines within the commercial construction industry. Starting in his father's drywall company at age 13, Richard co-managed the firm for 29 years before separating and expanding his roles into broader project management and estimating. His keen eye for quality control and comprehensive understanding of field operations will provide invaluable leadership and know how.
